		<description>I&#039;m glad it&#039;s important to you.. It&#039;s a major subject for me. Coming from a large background in Customer Service from local to national levels... Customer Service is huge for me. I&#039;m the first one to commend as well as condemn a company&#039;s CS practices. I honestly don&#039;t know how the Social Media world is changing things. I know that when I wrote my blog post about Office Max and my experiences with them, someone from Corporate was contacting me within minutes of hitting &quot;publish&quot;... They&#039;re listening, and Whether their goal is to make the wrongs right so the SM folks will write good things to keep customers, or to just shut us up... I don&#039;t know... but good things can come from it... Like Dooce&#039;s getting the company to donate to the local charity... That is awesome...</description>
