Sunday, I am going to the Mile High Festival in Denver. It was a last minute thing, but it should be fun. Very excited to see Grace Potter & the Nocturnals, The Roots, John Mayer, Rodrigo y Gabriela, and the Dave Matthews Band. Of course, because it’s a festival, to see all those bands I’ll either have to wander from stage to stage and see partial shows – or learn that time travel spell that Hermione used to take multiple classes at the same time. Since the latter probably won’t happen, I’ll be forced to run around a lot tomorrow or miss some bands. C’est la vie – that is a fact of life when dealing with Festivals.

Should be interesting to see how this one goes – a lot more mainstream than the Festivals I am used to. Curious to see John Mayer. Very little love for his actual body of work – but hear he has been really wailing on the guitar during his shoes. I’d still rather see him in the Bear suit than anything else though.
